I read some where that bringing your past to the present will ruin your future! This is so true…Bad Divorce, Break ups, and even deeper Sexual Abuse must be ressolved before you can have a healthy & happy new relationship. Learn how to deal with the triggers. The things that take you back to those past thoughts and feelings. Example: In my past relationship my guy would talk down to me to make me feel less worthy so he could control me. Now when the new guy gives me constructive feedback to help me improve in something automatically I want to shut down or take offense. In my mind Im saying you son of a bitch you will not down talk me or control me. But then Reality kicks in this is not the sane man, his intent is not to hurt me in that way. I need to listen and make a decision if this is really good advice. See that was just one example but there are so many more like women who has been cheated on always think every man will do the same and so on. Sexual abused victims can get a little deeper and may require an entire post just for that…maybe this week I will go there but I will need a keyboard for that post!
But yeah we can not ruin our relationships with old baggage and past experiences. Just take a chance and fully let go and allow yourself an opportunity to be happy and most of all be loved.

The “Candy Licker”

If I could write all my thoughts raw an uncutt version I would feel a whole lot better! Unfortunately, some of you may change your opinion about me but many may be able to relate. Yes I have a whore in me, but I also have a mother in me, friend and spiritual person too. Does this mean I have split personalities ? Um, No! My bedroom view
Yes I took a mini vacation with my Fiance and kids about 2 weeks ago. Lots of shopping for the kids. My guy managed to pick me up a few things but we spent most of the money on the kids for Summer wear. Next vacation we will be alone and maybe I can release some stress. Thinking we need to fly over to the Islands…thats my favorite spot!
Migraines…
Do you suffer with bad headaches or migraines? I do from time to time and looks like the doctors don’t know why people have them. I am looking forward to this new research center they are opening up here just for migraines. I know some things that I eat will trigger them and the smell of cigarette smoke, and strong perfumes. I was recently prescribes MAXALT its a pill that dissolve on your tongue…the brand works so much faster than the generic but they both work rather quickly in most cases. The problem is each medicine prescribed usually stop working after some time. So any suggestions of natural things that might help me prevent them or get rid of them after this monster come will be helpful.
Oh yeah last week I started back exercising so maybe that will help too…
Immaturity turns into Ignorance
A lot of time people act a certain way because they just need to grow the hell up! It does not matter how they are but what stage of life they are in…this ends up resulting into ignorance. I am guilty of this myself. I have been upset with my girl friend or man or family member and did or said something so ignorant because one I acted out of emotions and two I was on a level to react like a mature person should. Have you ever done something that felt right at the time and looked back and just felt stupid? So I guess I am writing all this to say sometimes its you that need to change, grow up or just simply think pass your emotions before you react to a situation. Stop flatting that boy tires…cussing out his baby mama…leaving a thousand messages on her phone when she never respond! You know stuff like that and even on a more serious level like being mad and not talking to a life long friend for months and years because of minor issues…be the bigger person!
