I am Serenity. I started this blog because I love to share my life experiences with others. I love the interaction with strangers who find themselves not being so strange after all. I read other blogs and say WOW, so I’m not alone and that’s all my blog is really here for. I’m a Single Mother, recently divorced traveling through life in ways I never imagined as my life took a sudden change. I’m not here to man bash or offend anyone or put anyone on blast…just want to rant and rave about everyday life. There may be times where I get a little personal and that’s just me. Also, every post will not be always from my life experiences but those of others close to me. I may even share my short fantasies or stories just to humor you. Honestly, I don’t know how this blog will end…but hopefully it will be enjoyed and remain positive!

That alone is enough stuff to fill any house and beyond. Just remember you are perfect in every way as a daughter could possibly be. I do enjoy out talks and will be looking to more, as I am sure they will come.
Do not let the grass grow in your shadow, for this means you stayed in one place to long full of false hopes and no mower.
Remember where you come from and never loose focus on where you are going. I feel you will find what you are looking for

I was adopted so I understand completely. Good for you! People don’t have to be blood to be family.
Friends are the family we chose.

I so enjoyed reading the post between you and your father. The relationship between fathers and daughters can be so beautiful. Your father gives you the first peak at what type a man you will choose someday. My father always seemed to brighten up my day. When I am sad he always put a different take on what I was thinking. When I needed relieve he would always say; “Today is the first day of the rest of your live so choose wisely.”
